More than 2 Days’ Notice – Cancellations notified to us more than 2 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a full refund.
Less than 2 Days’ Notice – Cancellations notified to us 2 days or less prior to arrival day will be charged the cost of one night with the balance refunded.
If a guest fails to arrive to enjoy their Booking, they forfeit all monies paid.
All cancellations are to be in writing.
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to cancellation, illness, injury, death, loss of luggage, inability to travel due to a CFS catastrophic fire rating warning.
