Crochet Baskets

These Crochet Baskets make such a lovely addition to your home or workplace decor.

I learnt to crochet when I was 15 and have been doing it ever since. Until recent years though, it had mostly been the fine crochet that you see in the doily in this photo, made with very fine cotton and a tiny metal crochet hook. They take hours and hours of work, but do make a lovely centrepiece.

But now I also love chunky crochet, because it produces big results in a much faster time and isn’t quite so demanding on time and ability. Because the fibre used is generally quite thick, the stitches aren’t as complex and you can see exciting results in just a few hours.

I have a variety of Crochet Baskets in different patterns, colours and sizes available for sale. You can choose one if you come to one of my Craft Classes, or have a Jewellery Consultation with Shane.
